Shipping Policy

Our shipping and delivery policy applies to all orders purchased from us.

 

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders to the Highlands and any remote islands of the United Kingdom may incur additional shipping costs. Delivery to these locations may also take longer than the estimated timeframes. We will inform you of any changes to delivery costs or times before dispatching your order.

 

Please note that we currently do not ship to the following locations:

Channel Islands

Isle of Man

BFPO addresses

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail Second Class. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Cost

The standard delivery fee is £3.49.

Please note that very large orders may attract additional shipping costs. If this applies, we will notify you before dispatching the order.

2. DELAYS

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your order is delivered within the stated timeframes. However, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

 

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information provided by DPD or Royal Mail. If you encounter any issues accessing tracking details or have further questions regarding a delayed order, please contact us at:

3. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend the following steps:

 

Provide an accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Share any additional delivery instructions if necessary.

Respond to any courier requests for information.

Collect your order from any parcel shop or drop-off point if the courier requires it.

We will make inquiries with the courier to confirm if an order has been lost. If confirmed, we will begin processing a replacement or refund.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that all our products are meticulously handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the unique and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there is a significant issue with your order.

 

We kindly ask for your understanding, as each piece is created individually and may have slight variations that add to its character. If you receive a damaged item or experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
